Trouble with Updating Itunes 10.7

I have tried updating my Itunes a couple times now, and I keep getting the same error message:

I tried what it suggested, but I can't seem to figure out where to go from there. It downloaded something, but there are a lot of files to try and install.

Any help would be appreciated...
