AirPrint printing problems with bonjour

My iPad 2 prints half the time with the epson XP-400 printer. Is this a bonjour issue or something else? The iPad will recognize the printer, print, and then if I go to print again reports no AirPrint printers found. Any help? I've installed the printer according to the steps given by epson. I have a PC so is that the issue?
