Are you sure you have iPhone 4S?
Use the iPhone serial number in Settings > General > About > Serial Number

And you also checked that is indeed a iPhone 4S here with the serial number https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do
Note: Siri is not an app (it's built-in) and there's no Siri icon. You activate it by pressing the Home button a bit longer.

Oct 20, 2012 8:30 AM in response to ckuanby Baudio,so far this has not been very helpful. It is an iphone 4S and like I said Sri does not exsist and yes I do know the difference between the iphones we have 2 iphone 4's, 1 iphone 4S and 1 iphone 5.
