Is there a way to split my iTunes library to multiple volumes?

I am using a Mac Mini with 2 Terrabytes of external USB storage + a mirror. I am using about 3/4 of that space now. Is there a way to split up the library and put maybe TV and Music on one volume and Movies on another or specify multiple volumes and it recognize that one is maxed and move to the other?
