I am having trouble uploading songs to iTunes Match. Is this common?

I start the iTunes Match process. It gathers information about my iTunes library. It matches my music with songs in the iTunes Store. It then begins the upload artwork and remaining songs process, but stops after a song or two and starts the entire process over again. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is there a setting I'm missing?
