Easily Add Contact's From Address Book To Envelopes In Pages?

Cannot find a simple to way to easily add a contact from my address book into pages. Can i pick the contact from pages? How do i make the contact field so i can drag it from address book? I merged the contacts and it made hundreds of envolopes for all my contacts. How can i make an envolope with one contact simply? I tried the merge feild in inspector with no such luck.
