My phone shows occasionally "No Sim"

As i use my iPhone 4, suddenly it shows me that there is "No Sim", is it something wrong with my phone, or the problem is in the SIM Card, because it is a cut off from Normal Sim to Micro Sim? When i pull out the sim, and put it in again, it works fine ...
