Cellular Data/Enable 3G/Wi-Fi switching to "OFF" by itself!

Several times, after switching everything on in the morning (Cellular Data/Enable 3G/Wi-Fi), I'll find that at night, when I go to switch these things OFF at night, they're already in the OFF position! I know I switched them ON in the morning because I've been receiving texts/emails and I've been able to get onto the internet, but at some point during the day, these switch to OFF, and I won't know it until I go to turn them off before going to bed. What's going on here?
