How to get off my word web dictionary from the APP Store?

I have an IPOD touch , and I bought an word web dictionary . I was using it normaly, but since my last upgrade my word web dictionary who I had full acess , was transfered to the APPSTORE so I couldn' t use it at least I was connected at a wireless.

Many times I need to consult it in many places that I"m not conected a wireless.

not only the world web, but I would be linked with other apps like bbc app etc

What should I do?
