Is it possible to "trim" audio files in my library?  If so, how is this done?

    Working one track at a time... Get Info > Options tab, set start and/or end time.

    Yes it is.

     

    Select the song and click on File/Get Info/Options and look for the Start Time and Stop Time boxes. Set the Stop Time to your choice.

     

    Note the colon : between the minutes and seconds, but a full stop . between the seconds and the frames (the three digit number, e.g. 4:27.807). Make sure you use the correct characters.
