I cannot change Apple ID to iCloud ID on Apple TV

Question

Folllow the instruction but get no accpet terms. Apple TV has Earthlink email ID not me.com ID.

Apple TV, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Your Apple ID IS your iCloud ID. Your iCloud email account is not a separete ID.

Not necessarily.

It's quite possible to have an iTunes AppleID which isn't actually your iCloud one.

For example a non-Apple or defunct old email address used for iTunes ID - some iCloud features may be available under it.
