hai im mahendran i already having account in apple id but its expired but i want to create new one if im entering my email id means its showing that already exists how can solve tis problem and my email id is .

Where are you seeing a message that it's 'expired' ?
If it's disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
