Ringtone app problem

iTunes doesn't show ringtones in library, after creating new ringtone and adding from desktop (after save). What is the problem?

I created ringtones using Ringtones app, followed instructions (found file/document under apps, copied to desktop, dragged to iTunes Library, but there is no Ringtones category under Library, or when I view in synced iPhone, to be able to sync to iPhone. I can find the m4r file under Music in iTunes, but no category is there to sync to iPhone.

iPhone 5, Windows 7

What i meant to say was...

I created ringtones using Ringtones app, followed instructions....found file/document under apps, copied to desktop, dragged to iTunes Library, but there is no "Ringtones" category/folder under iTunes Library, or when I click synced iPhone, there is no" Ringtones" category there either, to be able to sync.

New iPhone 5 user (which I love so far, except for this). 😟
