i get a error code 1150 when trying to sync my ipod touch

when syncing my ipod touch, i get an error code 1150

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6

I just got the same code with my ipad3. I realized I had restrictions turned on in the settings. I had all the restrictions enabled. When I removed all the restrictions the error went away.
