No help from apple store:( what to do now??????

    Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

    Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).  Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.


    If none of that resolves, try reseating the SIM or replacing it.


    Also, verify with the carrier that there are no network or account issues.
