my i-pod will not charge
Hi - My i-pod seems to have died and will not charge - any clues - thanks

Have you worked through all the troubleshooting here?

Keep in mind that a completely discharged battery can take up to 30 minutes of charging before it shows any signs of life and even after that a hard reset is still sometimes necessary to get the iPod to boot up.
