Don't use "flurry" screensaver, it takes liberties with graphics drivers and causes trouble.

Your panic is a page fault, which happens when software makes a reference to non-existent memory. It happened in software called by the graphics drivers:

panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff80002c4794): Kernel trap at 0xffffff7f81e20267, type 14=page fault

...

Kernel Extensions in backtrace:

com.apple.iokit.IOGraphicsFamily(2.3.4)

Un-modified Mac OS X kernel almost never has a kernel panic. Unfortunately, you have modified the Apple kernel by installing these non-Apple extensions. If you would like Apple to help you, you will need to replicate the panic with these extensions removed:

  • com.mcafee.kext.Virex 1.1.0d1
