Q: ive just purchased keynote remote on my iphone running os6, but it just wont connect to my macbook pro?

ive just purchased keynote remote on my iphone running os6, but it just wont connect to my macbook pro? Ive created a wireless network and the 2 are connected. However in keynote remote when i try and create a link nothing appears in keynote on my macbook pro??

help!!!
