why I buy itune card and you still charge momey from my visa card have problem like this many time

I have problem with your service I have dubble charge when I buy app store

fist I put my visa card and I click out and buy itune card put in my account but many time I buy something from app store

My itune card get charge from your compay and still cut my visa card too

what happen please fix problem I need my money refund to my visa card hope your company will answer and fix problem
