what do you do when the artwork is incorrect for that album?
I put a cd into iTunes but the artwork comes up for a different album, 2 decades apart.
i know how to change artwork to a photo, but how do i alert apple or change it?
I had this problem at one time and I played the song, went into File- Preferences- Get info for "get album cover" and it appeared. What I noticed was that "Graceland" opened shortly during this time. It could have been nothing related to what I clicked onto while the music played, but it worked for a few non-itunes purchased songs.
