please help me!

Hi, i have already written about my ipod problem and noone answered me.
I tried to do almost everything to get my ipod back to work but nothing happened.
What i´m trying to know now is how to put the original software in my ipod shuffle, because errors started when i updated it. Before my ipod had the 1.1.1 firmware version and now it has 1.1.3.
Now when i´m transferring a song to my ipod an error appears telling me that it was impossible to refresh my ipod. The error has a number (-36).
