i have that problem too, and i have restarted it, and it doesnt work. every seince i updated that ios thing its been going slow as ever. All my apps (whitch i only have 8 because of how much memory each app takes up and how it makes it slower and slower) have crashes, froze, or just plain didnt work at least once. Its eating up my battery like its going outta style, and at least 5 times has it all together just crashed on me. Have i mentioned the problem with the app store? It has crashed more than, and trust me i checked my crashing data, 20 times and i have only had it for 2 years. But my sister, who also got one around the same time i did, craked the other box, the ipod screen and has so many apps i cant even count and hers run just that much for me to care faster. My ipod touch has only been droped 2 times, has not a dent in it, always has its otter box case on, and has full connectivity and i charge more than enough times avery day, and to top it all off,she treats hers like crap, while i treat mine like its worth 100,000,000 dollars( and P.S the only reason my ipod was droped was because she droped it).

So, if you know what is going on with my ipod, let me know.
