No probably not now because the iPhone 3g is an old phone and since that model, both the iPhone 4 and 4s along with the iPhone 5 have come along, so you will probably only be able to buy either an iPhone 4 or 4s.

To be sure why not have a look yourself on the Apple store website for Singapore?

No. iPhone 3GS has been discontinued.

oh, I see. Thank you. But I only have the normal SIM card, the prepaid one. That's why, I need 3GS to help me.. I can't use it on iPhone 4 & 4S.

Get a sim cutter...they are sold everywhere, or get a new sim.
