Pictures from Ipad Fotostream not streamed to Windows PC

Hi.

I use an iPhone 4S, iOSX 5.x, iPad 2 iOSX 6.x, Windows 7 32bit and newest iTunes.

After upgrading the iPad to iOSX 6 there was an new folder FOTOSTREAM added to my Win PC.

So far so good.

Both iDevices are setup for iCloud with the same iCloud account.

In both iDevices fotostream is activated.

Both iDevices are connected to same WiFi.

Pictures I take with my iPhone are streamed to my iPad.

But: Only old pictures are shown on my PC (the ones that already were in my fotostream during setup of iOSX 6).

New pictures do not show up on my PC.

They only show up when I add a new stream to iCloud.

I thought pics are synced automatically from device to device to PC.

Or am I wrong?
