certain songs won't play on my ipod shuffle, but will play on my itunes.

So the songs I have aren't corrupted and are quite new. They play just fine on I-Tunes but however some songs just won't play on my 6th generation ipod nano.

The album artwork would show on the screen and it would appear as if it was playing but there would be no music, some songs just skip ahead to the next song.

I tried deleting the songs off my ipod and putting them back in them as well as restoring my ipod.

Until now those same songs won't play. So I think it's the ipod, but my question is if there is anything I can do without replacing my ipod?

If not I guess I'll take it to the Apple Store but I would much prefer trying to fix it on my own.
