Oct 22, 2012 4:17 AM in response to Tinashe17by Joe Z in VA,The iPhone cable does not matter. It is universal. The problem would be directly from the iPad software and the iTunes software. Shut down both the iTunes software and the iPad software by fully shutting down the iPad and iTunes. Then restart both and initiate your sync again.
