Trouble viewing itunes exclusive extras that come with a movie?

I bought Breaking Dawn Part 1 and the extras can only be downloaded to computer. The extras file is 9.8 GB. 10 hrs to dwnld to my XP laptop. I can't view any of the extras except the slide show. I've tried real player, windows media center, and iTunes. The first two won't play any of it. iTunes only plays the wedding album. I really want to watch the extra about the soundtrack. Any fix? I've been working on this for many months. iTunes support is no longer available because the purchase is too old. They did help me troubleshoot the lengthy time to download a while ago.
