How do I turn on SCP?

I have read the docs, dicussions, and asked techs. Have not found answer. Docs state that 10.4.x includes server support for SCP but no info on where you turn it on.

I am trying to use WinSCP as my client.

Any help?

Xserve Mac OS X (10.4.6)

Welcome to discussions!

If you enable "Remote Login" ssh is enabled. One of the commands in the ssh suite is scp (Secure CoPy). Don't forget to check your firewall config to allow whatever connections on port 22 that you want.
