Error code 1309

Error code 1309

Hi there, was copying some P2 clips from one drive to another, when a promt came up that said "error code 1309". Anyone know what that means? They digitized in fine; I can play the clip and it looks fine, but it won't copy.

Dual 2gig G5, 4 gig RAM, Mac OS X (10.4.11), FCP 6 QT 7.1.4

What format is the target drive?

to see what format, select the drive on the desktop and hit command-i.

For best results format macosextended using applications: utilities: diskutility.

That's what it was; it was a Lacie, already formatted for either Mac or PC.
