Merging Flashdrive and HDD?

hey guys,

I have a "School" folder on my computer and I transfer files to my flashdrive to keep it the same. The issue is sometimes I have new files on my flashdrive and sometimes on my computer. I want to keep them synced, balanced. How do I do this without risking loosing anything? Is there software or something?
