So there it is. After updating my iMac to 10.7.5 i get strange colors - hmm in some case it is nice! Similar to Ubuntu Linux orange but some things are wierd and looks inverted.

Hey Apple this is not funny, Restart not helps, color profile also gives nothing, what it is? & After restart one of My Hard drives now shoving this!

This is happening to me too, btw...
2.3 GHz Core i5 with an Epson projector display. Worked fine under 10.7.4, but inverse colors on everything now.
Okay, figured it out. It seems there's a setting in the Universal Access control panel that somehow got switched during the update (Black on White or vice versa). I switched it back and immediately saw the inverted color scheme switch back to normal.
