Is apple ios team going to fix the ibooks problem with pdf files not loading on the app itself? i seem to be having problem loading pdfs i already have in ibooks....is there a alternative app that will transfer the pdf from ibooks to another app?

Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. This should not affect any content on the iPad, it is similar to rebooting your computer.
If this does not help, restore the iPad to the factory settings.
Since installing the latest iBooks update, I too am finding certain PDFs are loading much more slowly. One in particular that I use for reference now loads so slowly I have to revert to a hard copy! I have tried restarting my iPad but that doesn't help either.
