We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknow error occurred (0X800B0101). There was and error in the itunes store please try again later. This is the error message I receive when trying to open my account on the itunes store. Any ideas

I am unable to connect to the itunes store from my PC and my iPad cannot download new music or apps. Has anyone experienced this issue and have a resolution?
