I cant get my rigger off mute. All other apps have sound

Try going into settings>sounds, and check the ringer volume. You can also hard reset the phone and make sure the silience switch is in the right postion.

Make sure the Ring/Silent switch isn't showing a red bar or dot.

You can also try resetting or restoring the iPhone.
