AirPort Utility 5.5.3 for Windows
AirPort Utility is required if you need to set up or change the settings on an Apple AirPort router. It is not required if you are simply connecting to the wireless network from a PC.

Click the Base Station tab just below the row of icons. When you say name, I assume the device name.
If you want to name the wireless network, click the Wireless tab
