Request Timed Out! Help

I keep getting the message "The Request Timed out" each time I attempt to load Cloud On. I had this problem at work and now at home with both internet connections being stable. Need to access so that I may transfer files and modify documents at work. Please help.

Try temporarily turning wifi off in Settings>Wi-Fi and verify your ID over 3G, then turn wifi back on.
