share my screen won't work

We use ARD at work, and for the last several months the share my screen feature stopped working with the last few builds. Now when I try to share my screen to a machine the hose machine screen turns black but the source machine isn't project to it's screen. We recently did fresh installs at work on our lab and still does not work right. All out machines are running 10.8. Any ideas? Thanks

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.1), 27 inch, i7, 1TB, 16GB RAM
