My iPod touch 4gen is not turning on, It was out of battery and my charger was not working. (the charger was in horrible condition) im going to buy a new one but what should I do for now? Do i need a battery replacement? is there anyone i can contact by email?

you may want to try to hold the home button at bottom and the turn off button at the top if you press the buttons at the same time it might turn on .
