why the **** ! we can't change subtitle fonts size !!!!!

this is make me crazy !! I purchase an Apple TV3 and stuck with small fonts subtitle and I even can't change it with any 3rd party app like subler (scale size)...etc

I have my own movie and I want to watch with my settings !!! subtitle tiny !

and there more bugs like I can't see my photostream when LAN ethernet cable connected !
