I downloaded both free and paid applications in USA app store and I've been unable to post my reviews for a week. I can write a review and submit it but when I clicked the "edit" button, my review was gone (a review box show up but there is nothing in it) and other user can't see my review.  I've contacted apple support, it's seem that she don't even know how and why I have this review problem, she kept sorry for my trouble but didn't tell how and when my account will become normal. I'm mad and desperate for an answer, please help me!

    This apple support *****. They said they can't do nothing about it and leave me here with no answer and madness!

    This Apple support is from your fellow users. Perhaps no one has responded because no one can offer you any insight into the issue you are experiencing.

     

    Having said, that, I assume that you have re-checked the App page after at least 24 hours, to see if your review has appeared. It does take a while.

     

    I cannot quite understand why you are "desperate for an answer". After all, it's not actually the end of civilised life, is it? As for your madness, is that mad, angry? There are anger management course for that.
