Who to move time machine data to external HD on Snow Leopard Server

I got the external HD formated as recomended and I transfer the existing time machie data form the second HD to the new externel drive, I was able to buck up the MacMini Server sucsesfuly, now I need to do the file sharring correctli and the proper permition so I can select the drive on the "Server Preferences" so other apple computers on th network can time machine in to the external HD conected to the MacMini server, please help finding intruction require to acomplish this.
