You can view your eligible iTunes Plus upgrade items. I have clicked on that link to show me my eligible songs for upgrade by it tells me the store is busy. Still have 181 songs that are protected and I have upgraded to the latest itunes. Help.

I have tried to follow the link that shows me my eligible itunes upgrade items but it stops and tell me the store is busy. I have tried this many times and get the same response. I still have 181 songs that have not been converted from protected to purchased. If I go to the store and try to buy one of those songs it tells me I already purchased it. So I say to download it again and then it appears as purchased and I didn't have to pay any extra money, which tells me I'm already upgraded. So how can I convert these songs all it once so I don't have to do it one by one.
