delete the wrong information from a setup
I just bought a Iphone 5 and I tried to install the information onto my phone but I installed the wrong ones. How can I delete the lot? Start again basically

Restore the iPhone with iTunes.

On your iPhone 5: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. Start over.
No need to restore.
