Q: bluetooth invisible when searching for a couple of minutes, any suggestion?

when i tried to search the bluetooth in my pc for personal hotspot, pc cant detect my phone and my phone cant detect the pc?

any suggestion?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6, cant pair with pc or other iphone
