Q: Ipod 6th restoring problems error 1413

I just bought used ipod 6th gen on ebay and i can't restore it. Message error 1413 apears. Previous owner has been using Mac and i'm using Windows.I've latest version of itunes and do not have SpyCatcher.I need help please

I assume you have tried everything in this article?
iPod: Cannot restore or update in iTunes with error 1415, 1417, 1418, 1428, 1429, 1430, 1436, or 1439

It could be an indication or a damaged or dying hard drive. Sometimes a low level reformat of the iPod's flash storage can correct this issue.
