Right side of headphones not working in Mac headphone jack

I have a macbook air 13" that I just bought from the apple store about 2 weeks ago. I been having problems with the headphone jack. When I plug my headphones into the jack, the left earbud works but the right doesn't have any sound. I tried 2 apple headphones and 1 non-apple headphone, and it still does the same thing. I also tired these headphones on other devices and it works fine. Can anyone help?

dominic23, thank you so much for your help. actually there was volume control on balance itself but i just reset that balance and its working. thank you so much for this, i thought ill have to change some hardware or something but this really helped me. so other mac users, if you think you are facing this problem then once reset that volume control bar, take it to the right and once to the left then it will work. 🙂
