remove the page

If you're using OS 10.8, you must be using an Intel Based Mac. This forum is for older PowerPC (G3,G4,G5) Macs. You might have more luck in the forum for Intel-based Macs.

That being said...

In OS 10.6.8, if you're using Pages, at the top Menu Bar, click on Insert, scroll down and click on Auto Page Numbers, in the new pop-up window, uncheck box for Include Number on First Page.

Not sure if this is the same for Pages in Mountain Lion.

Chris - insert a section break at the end of the first page > in the Inspector palette , Layout tab , Section button check First page is different > you can have to repaginate
