I am trying to watch a series of videos I purchased which I access through the speaker's website. I can't open all of them and in the process of trouble shooting I:

          - contacted Comast and had them make a house call

          - purchased a Linksys 54GL router from newegg

          - purchased and installed an additional 8GB ram in my iMac Intel Core i5

          - I update my software almost daily.


I still can't open these videos. QuickTime will open some of them but on the others it freezes. I contacted the site to seee if they will send me a DVD because I cna't download the videos either. Very frustrating.


Any advice?
