my rescue Email is no longer working need to recover my pass to the same apple ID mail but they keep saying call apple by phone i am a way from US and no apple suport for apple where i am what i do ?

Tough luck man. You really need to contact support. This is why you rescue email should be one you always check and keep active. Unfortunately, that's where your reset password email goes.
