how will i recover my log in mbp password?

i forgot my log in password and i cant remember and i cant log in my mac

i lost the recovery key

what should i do?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Try here > Mac OS X: Changing or resetting an account password

Alternate > OS X Lion or Mountain Lion: Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password
